Returns Policy

We are happy to help you with an exchange or refund if the product you ordered online is unsatisfactory.

We offer exchanges and refunds to credit cards. Credit must be applied to the same card used during initial transaction. All returns are at the buyers cost and must be made within 15 days and are subject to a thorough inspection before a refund is issued. To make a return the item must still have the tags attached and be in the same, new condition as when we shipped to you. We reserve the right to deny the return of any product that appears to have been used, washed/cleaned or mishandled.

Please note the following terms relating to returns:

1) Place Nationale garments are made using delicate woven and/or embroidered fabrics. Please read the care instructions before cleaning. All garments have been carefully inspected but due to the intricacy of the fabrics we use, slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider fabric nubs, minor fading, fraying or small holes as constituting a flaw.

2) All items bought on sale are final and cannot be returned.

The customer is responsible for prepaid shipping of the product back to our registered address in the UK.

If you are exchanging and need another item sent, upon receipt of the returned item we will ship this exchange free of shipping charge one time only. For any further exchanges from the same original transaction the shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCESS FOR RETURNING AN ITEM

1. Please contact us by email to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before sending your return. In addition to the RA#, we will also supply the UK return address.

2. Please include the RA# clearly on the package when sending back.

3. Please mark the package clearly as a “Customer Return”.

4. Please also include the tracking number of the package that we sent to you, as this provides proof to UK customs that the goods being returned originated from the UK.

5. Please include a copy of your invoice with your name and telephone.

6. The customer is responsible for prepaid shipping of the product back to our registered address in the UK.
